first time to medan.i choosed this hotel because price reasonable.hotel is big with full facility as a 4 star hotel but the facility is old.carpet is dirty with many dust.breakefirst available from 6am is convenience.

The service is excellent,your staff very helpful but no information about place to go for shopping,to meet local and to know their customs.I go down and ask the" beca man" where should i go for better food,cheap shopping mall etc.

the former novotel is still a pleasant place to stay in ugly medan. rooms well-kept, decent sized and all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. the free airport-shuttle (both ways!) is appreciated. good breakfast with a large variety of both asian and western food. the business-center booked a flight for me without any extra charge in just a few minutes. if it suits my budget, this will be my favorite choice to stay in medan in the future...

the former Novotel is still a pleasant place to stay in ugly Medan. rooms well-kept, decent sized and all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. the free Airport-shuttle (both ways!) is appreciated. good breakfast with a large variety of both Asian and Western food. the business-center booked a flight for me without any extra charge in just a few minutes. If it suits my budget, this will be my favorite choice to stay in Medan in the future
