Clean and modern hotel

The front-desk staff are polite and professional with at least an English speaker among the 3 on duty. Friendly service provided by the room server; even the cleaner and security guard at the entrance greeted me with a smile. I'm greatly impressed by the service staff and the condition of the room.

Real nice hotel... good price and the hotel is located near jl semarang and selat panjang. which are the center of the food district.
so it was really easy to get food and you can choose different variety of food.
the room is clean and neat... they also have nice breakfast.

this is my 5th time to medan.overall i would categorize swiss bell-in as the best improved hotel in terms of service and facilities.breakfast was nice,rooms are clean but the size is a little bit small ,location " fantastic"...i am satisfied with my stay in this hotel..
will sure to stay here again.

The staff are very helpful and with the wifi available and a 24-hour convenient shop located within the hotel, you can feel very much at home immediately. Room has good tv (flat screen) programme. Absolutely no complain at all. They have in-house massage service as well!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is not to far from city centre. It is located near the Water Tower (about 150 metres away).

Our stay was goods. Services given was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and a lot of variety. For Muslim traveller, to find hawker food quite far without info but if map/phamphlet was provided easier to find. Overall we were satisfy with our stay at the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Pajak Ikan - cheap batik can be bought. Before agreeing to sight seeing check with few guides first otherwise you will be coned with steep price.
