This hotel located in the heart of medan city. The hotel near to the famous food court in medan (jalan semarang and selat panjang). overall, this hotel was good. the staff also very friendly, and the room was so clean.

The staff were very helpful and answered most of our questions and requests. They were very friendly. The guard recommended a very good tourist guide cum driver to us at reasonable price.
the Hotel is located within walking distance to shops and eateries. However, they do not have maps to guide you.
Shopping Tip:
Cheaper and convenient if you have a group of 6 to hire a vehicle to take you round. Going on public transport is quite risky if you are not familiar with the place.

Good Hotel at Great Location
The service is good, the location is so near to the street selling many of nice food, and it also has 24 hour minimart.

The room should have a wardrobe, instead of just giving us some hangers for our clothes. The bathroom should be designed good also for those old people who can not standing too long. The television in the room should have more channels in mandarin/chinese. The food during the breakfast should have more variety.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby/behind the hotel, at Jalan Selat Panjang, there is nice food called "Cee-Cong-Fan", something in white and very tasty one.

Nice hotel but not really as expected

The hotel was quite ok and rooms too. Can easily find nearby restaurants or shops for various things that you need. However, rooms didn't have carpets but then it's ok for me and my family.

room light too dim,especially the toilet,no hair dryer inside the room ,ask for it until the next day ,room not so clean,bedliner makes me itch floor seems not clean everyday,

Good location but little bit smelly room

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast, large rooms though little bit smelly. Some guests brought durians to the room and we could smell it in shared area to the lift. On the first floor there is a convenience store and you can buy snacks or things that you need with a good price.
At night, near the hotel in Semarang street, there are a lot of street food sellers (most of them are Chinese food) and you can buy food for your dinner. However they are little bit expensive compared to other places.
Shopping Tip:
Rent a betor ( becak motor) to take you to some interesting places such as Maimoon Palace, Grand mosque, Maria Annai Velangkani church or to take you to the shops that sells some souvenirs to bring home.

Nice Improvement Since The Last Time I Came
One major improvement that I like is the better quality of the breakfast. Last year, there was not much to expect. Now, there are better assortment of food and beverages.

Of course, this hotel is strategically surrounded by fine Chinese restaurants, so it's a great place if you want to enjoy your culinary journey in Medan
One thing needs to be improved by this hotel: the sport or gym facilities. Some of the guests need to exercise, so please renew your facilities
