The staff were very helpful and answered most of our questions and requests. They were very friendly. The guard recommended a very good tourist guide cum driver to us at reasonable price.
the Hotel is located within walking distance to shops and eateries. However, they do not have maps to guide you.
Shopping Tip:
Cheaper and convenient if you have a group of 6 to hire a vehicle to take you round. Going on public transport is quite risky if you are not familiar with the place.

The service is good, the location is so near to the street selling many of nice food, and it also has 24 hour minimart.

The room should have a wardrobe, instead of just giving us some hangers for our clothes. The bathroom should be designed good also for those old people who can not standing too long. The television in the room should have more channels in mandarin/chinese. The food during the breakfast should have more variety.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby/behind the hotel, at Jalan Selat Panjang, there is nice food called "Cee-Cong-Fan", something in white and very tasty one.

The hotel was quite ok and rooms too. Can easily find nearby restaurants or shops for various things that you need. However, rooms didn't have carpets but then it's ok for me and my family.
