Hotel that feels like a home

It won't go wrong to stay at this hotel as once you step into it,
you will be welcomed by the friendly vibe.That is the reason
why I keep coming back. Even it isn't a grand hotel,but it is
a simple hotel with thoughtful service. There is carpark available if you are driving however sometimes it can be quite a challenge especially during daytime as it can be full. But overall,there shouldn't be any arising hassle to make this hotel the choice to stay at especially if you don't wish to spend so much money yet would like to get the quality. This is definitely a good choice.

A stay that will make you smile

I have a good stay with my family. Eventhough, during daytime,
the street in front of the hotel can get traffic jam,yet it still
wont stop me from coming back to this hotel.It is located right
at the heart of the Medan city so it is pretty easy to go about.
There is a connected minimarket available and whenever I need to
get a simple amenities,I just need to take a lift down.
If I crave for local food,I can always enjoy it at night either
for supper or dinner.Not only myself,even my family feel so comfortable of going back to this hotel.

Simplicity that wins above the rest

Keep coming back to this hotel and my review hasn't changed so
far.It is very worth it for the money I have paid for my stay.
I like the convenience of getting food just a walk down out of the hotel.
The breakfast offers simple menu but the taste is surprisingly
pretty good. Room is clean and comfortable.

Hotel is managed under the Swiss-Bel group. Pay attention though that this one is not a hotel, it is an inn. This makes a difference and helps to set expectations right. We booked a superior room with breakfast for 2 nights, just to set off for a longer trip in Indonesia. As travellers, we were hoping to have comfortable bed in a decent environment and very clean bathroom. Hotel did not disappoint us in this part. However, our room had no window (not mentioned in any description posted on agoda) which in combination with the room dark furnishing made us feel trapped in a dark cellar rather than in a hotel room. The aircon worked very well and was the only ventilation of the room (no window). Since it was working only while we were in, the room quickly absorbed the smell of mould. Double check if the window is in the room. We clearly saw the overall conditions of the hotel and they looked promissing but the lack of daylight and proper ventilation was irritating.
