Great location and value for money

It is a 3 star hotel but i would rate it as 3.5 star. Very clean, friendly staff, wide range variety of the breakfast, free wi-fi, great location. just behind the famous food stree "Jalan Selat Panjang and Jalan Semarang"
Restaurant Tip:
Generally the hotel area is safe. food stalls open till 12am - 2am. Great location for business traveller.

hotel is exclusive. nice and unique. the free wifi is good and very easy to assess and free of charge whereby the management provides 2 desktops for us to use without any charge at the lobby. surplus choices of food are easy to obtain at the chinatown behind the hotel but my family and i felt the barelo in swiss bel inn serves the best food. the waiters and waitresses serve us with a thousand smiles. keep it up! however the medan town council should immediate improves the road which has a lot of potholes and provide facilities like souvenir shops and petty sellers along the chinatown food street in order to enhance tourism and give the best impression of medan chinatown just like any chinatown in the world (e.g. jonker street, malacca and petaling street, kuala lumpur in malaysia)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Family Sightseeing in Medan especially traveling along with an experienced and friendly English-speaking Tourist Guide like Mr Ermando to Lake Toba - Samosir Island from Medan via Siantar and back to Medan via Berastagi (6 days, 5 nights) is really great and wonderful! Horas!

Hotel is clean, however, for all the rooms types, the window cannot be open. Room is medium size. Modorate worth for money. Breakfast food quality is moderate. Friendly staff. Near to hotel, got few massage centre, wich some is proper, but some is not proper massage. This hotel is located near shopping mall, the major shopping mall in Medan: Medan Mall, Sun Plaze, is just 2 to 3 KM from this hotel. However, the heavy traffic take more than 15 minutes. Hotel room tv channel has various choice. Clean toilet, strong water pressure. I would say is average hotel.
