location is good and near everywhere
We stayed at the hotel for two night and I have a wonderful time with my grandchildren at the swimming pool. And their bathtime is such a joy with the spacious bathroom

nice hotel, the room is big and clean, breakfast good. it's easy to find food, you just walk about 200m from the hotel, so many restaurant. the view is nice at night. buat difficult to find transportation (taxi or becak) infront the hotel. the hotel also provide car to rent and transportation to airport, just ask the front office staff

We have a one-day business trip in Medan. Based on recommendation from internet...we decided to stay in this hotel, this time. The room is clean and new. We also able to use wi-fi facility in our room....that's good. The staff also friendly and helpfull. We would like to consider this hotel again in future.

It really was a great hotel. Next to a mall so it was easy to get food. The gym was awesome. Since if you stay at swissbell you can have access to the mall's gym, you can exercise pretty well. So for you who workout regularly if you are travelling and stay this at this hotel, it is guaranteed that you wont have any trouble keeping your schedule.

Nice hotel but some area need to improve
Nice room design except for bath room very dark due to black tile and insufficient lighting, great location, easy to find Chinese food, just behind hotel.

The hotel design is very nice but bath room is very dark because of black tile and insufficient lighting. Some area of the bath room also with some stain. And the glass at the restaurant also not so clean, i saw some marks on the glass surface. However the breakfast is excellent and staff also very friendly.
Overall stay experience is average.
