Restaurant Tip:
Just behind hotel have various famous medan chinese food, such as hokian mie, chicken pooridge, etc. also we can go to semarang street not far away to find more food with very cheap price.

value for money. the location is good with all the restaurants espcially chinese one nearby just by walking distance. with a 24/7 convenient store in the hotel.
staffs are friendly and when i arrived earlier at 10am, they arranged me to check in early.
Restaurant Tip:
You may want to try the chinese rice just beside the hotel called Asen Chicken Rice.

don't be fooled by the exterior of the place.
once you step in, you'll be in awe of the modern interior design!
everything you need in one place, with the restaurant, convenience store, spa and spacious lobby area with free wifi.
room was clean, nicely decorated and everything works fine.
Restaurant Tip:
just a step outside the hotel restaurant you'll find a whole street lined with food stalls at night.
and another 5-10 minutes walk, you'll be at the popular night food street in chinatown.

don't mistaken it to its big brother - swiss-belhotel which also in medan. the front desk personnel mentioned it as only 2 star hotel, but i personally feel this is more of a 3 or 4 star hotel with nice room and secured lift system (non-guest can't go up to the room via elevator). facilities are adequate. highly recommended.

very clean and tidy, modern interior design and very comfortable once you step inside the hotel. everything you need are available in this hotel. the hotel staffs are very friendly and efficient. i'll definitely come back to this hotel again for the next visit.
