Small hotel , great location

although it's a small hotel , but the facility is complete , service is aceptable , design is modern , and the location is at centre part , you will easily find a food centre , shopping center , is very convenient , one thing that need to improve is the environment in the room , it's got oddur in room 518.

Good location and accommodation
Location and accommodation was nice

i enjoyed my stay here for the most part. i was a bit disappointed with the gym, which consisted of an two bicycles and a stair master and there was some difficulty with the wi-fi but the staff worked hard to correct it.

A great hotel unfortunately set in a very unattractive city. The hotel is very modern and clean coupled with very friendly staff. The bar was nice and empty - great for planning the next part of my trip.
Just a nice hotel with no negatives I can come up with if you have to stay in Medan!!

Overall pretty comfortable. Staffs are polite. However, I discovered that the bed was not so clean (has hair on it, definitely not mine!)and the pillow case has black spots.

Superb boutique quality hotel

we booked this hotel expecting so-so stay after our so-so hotel in berastagi and another so-so hotel in lake toba. it was our last day before catching our flight back to kl next morning and the hotel really pampered and save our lousy previous days hotels in berastagi & lake toba
Restaurant Tip:
Behind the hotel is a row of chinese hawker restaurant and beware..It's not cheap. We got slaughtered there where a plate of Bakmi pangsit (Wantaon me) cost Rp25,000 rupiah!! That was ~ US$3 when we can get the same noodle in KL for only US$1.20 damnit

Very good because very close go to kuliner street and we are very enjoying with a nightlife. Maybe we are talking with best friends and talk they to join us if they go to Medan city.thanks for service and all staf very nice

For the price, the room is pretty terrible. It smells very damp and mouldy, and a bit hard to breathe in and it is impossible to get air to circulate through because there are no windows etc. The room is fairly unfinished etc. Apart from the room the hotel is fine and the staff are very helpful and lovely.

Reasonable price with friendly staff for this type of hotel.The room was very smelly although with non-smoking and not sound proof and clearly hear from the next door and people walking around. The internet connection was too slow. The restaurant need for improvement on various foods available which have shown in the menu.
