A 3 star hotel near the airport and the city. It has a good rate. Breakfast is disappointing. You probably need a taxi or a becha to move around. The room is ok with good hot shower. The bed is not so comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is mediocre. But at the back lane, it is paradise for small food stalls and small restaurants. The chicken rice and sateys are good. The hotel has a small convenient store and a money changer opposite the hotel.

The hotel is new and nice with strategic location just right in the centre of the city. Despite such a cheap rate, the hotel also provides good service. The customer service and the bell boy are friendly and helpful. Right behind the hotel,there are few small streets that offer the local delicacies with affordable price. You can also enjoy the food at the hotel's restaurant.

this is the second time i am staying in this hotel. very friendly and helpful staff. clean and comfortable beds, with all basic amenities included. the food in their cafe is very good.
few minor things which i wasn't happy with. no fridge. room safe deposit box is not secured, i could lift it up and carry it out of the room. the window is seal tight, therefore dirt is collected outside of the glass and we can't see anything. the free internet is cabled. slow shower drainage and weak water pressure.
i will definitely stay here again.
Travel tip:
use only bluebird taxi. all other companies taxi refuses to use meter and asking for extortional prices.

if you booking the hotel but more than 1 nite, please in one vouceher. if you already booking with more than one voucher, keep the voucher by yourself, dont give to receptionist, i got two times have to reprint the voucher cause they cant find my voucher. two times i reprint them cause they said i dont give to them. their receptionist have more than one shift, i think from one shift not give to another shift.

I love the modern design of the room & the hotel as a whole, the orange colour everywhere is really impressive! A bit regret to stay there only one night after returning from Lake Toba & before my departure to Hong Kong. I should choose this one when I first flew to Medan two weeks ago because I might get more help from the hotel staff (Engligh-speaking) for travelling information. Worth to stay & vlaue for what you pay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When I mentioned about Lake Toba on arrival at the front desk, the staff are ready to furnish iformation of what tour package is available.
