security is good,the lif needed room-key to operate can prevent unwanted personnel to enter the rooms compound.the lightings in the room are very encouraging compared to many of the hotels that are not bright enough.
Restaurant Tip:
just at the back of the hotel,there is a walking street full of Chinese food hawkers...............

Stayed here with two friends in June for a night. We had two double rooms, which were nice and clean and with a great bed. Definitely great value for money. The hotel also arranged a driver for us who drove us all over Northern Sumatra for 3 days at an affordable price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely go to Lake Toba and Bukit Lawang. Pack up some snacks from the downstairs convenience store - the trip is long and bumpy although it does not look like it on the map.

There's a lot of taxi and car for rent nearby the hotel if we decided to go around the town

Comfortable bed and great location
Easy to find lovely staff. The checking in and out was smooth.

we arrived late but had no trouble checking in we had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. although the room was a little small it had all the necessities including coffee and tea making.no problem with the hot shower either. my only complaint is the breakfast was limited to local type of dishes and if you are the type who enjoys a good breakfast, have it outside.

the room was a bit small but comfort except for the cleanliness and stinginess of the bathroom provided liquid soap. overall it was a good hotel.
Shopping Tip:
sun plaza was a wasste of time with nothing much to see. other shopping were just ok, not much things to buy in medan except for counterfeit goods.

Overall, the hotel is satisfying enough. There's a lot of small restaurants and food street (especially at night) nearby the hotel area. The room is large, neat and clean. Free internet is provided as well (wi-fi). Staffs are friendly as well.
Unfortunately, the only view from my window room is the hotel lobby and the hotel offers transportation to airport at a charge.

a clean big room, very good service and the staffs always with the big smile. wifi if good and free of charge.
the pick up service is nice.
the hotel makes u comfortable and relax. although the shower only provide warm water(hot enough for me), the bathroom is still gd.
