the room was a bit small but comfort except for the cleanliness and stinginess of the bathroom provided liquid soap. overall it was a good hotel.
Shopping Tip:
sun plaza was a wasste of time with nothing much to see. other shopping were just ok, not much things to buy in medan except for counterfeit goods.

Overall, the hotel is satisfying enough. There's a lot of small restaurants and food street (especially at night) nearby the hotel area. The room is large, neat and clean. Free internet is provided as well (wi-fi). Staffs are friendly as well.
Unfortunately, the only view from my window room is the hotel lobby and the hotel offers transportation to airport at a charge.

a clean big room, very good service and the staffs always with the big smile. wifi if good and free of charge.
the pick up service is nice.
the hotel makes u comfortable and relax. although the shower only provide warm water(hot enough for me), the bathroom is still gd.

The hotel looks quite good inside, the rooms are large and clean. The location is very good, quite central. The staff was helpful in providing us directions when we requested, however when we checked-out it took them quite a while to process this and to return the deposit (though we were in a hurry..).
The price might be a bit too high for the quality offered. It is very good, but nothing spectacular.
