It was a short stay but I enjoy the hotel because it was very quiet. I don't ear noise from the streets of this town where ther is a lot of traffic.

The service was good and the staff were friendly.The near by walking distance Sun Plaza is a good place to shop. It is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There are numerous places to eat and sight see. The Hindu temple is a must see. The Sun Plaza offers cheap and value for money goods. The restaurants offers local dishes which is really tasty especially the nasi padang. The warongs also offers cheap and tasty local dishes. A drive to the sea side in Belawan is a must which is about 30 minutes from Medan. Of course a trip to Lake Toba which is about 3 hours is a must for all who visit Medan. Simply breathtaking the ride to Lake Toba (Danau Toba). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They will arrange for the necessary transport to Toba.

well located near the city center in Medan this hotel and convention center is recommended for the travelers who want to stop over for a day in Medan on their way to lake Toba.
The price is right for this 4 star old style hotel while the condition of the bathroom will need some improvement as well as the breakfast. In overall still have satisfaction of my stay there just for a day.
Friendly staff and close to the biggest mall in Medan

Good comfortable hotel but less privacy. The hotel staff was seated right in front of lift at each floor, maybe to have a log of guest coming in and out. Apart from that, service was good, staff was friendly, and good dinner and breakfast experience. Location is great because nearby sun plaza and can walk to the shop/ food stall.

Toilet leaked and was not fixed during my stay and safe didn't work (although this was fixed on the 1st day). Otherwise good, clean hotel in convenient location
