I really enjoyed it. The staffs are friendly, the room is large and has nice design. The room already have a big open cupboard for your belonging with a large mirror inside, a safe deposit box and minibar. It is big enough for if you need additional extra bed. The room equipped with LCD TV + cable tv with several international channels.
But, the wifi access is rather slow, sometimes it hard to connect with wifi.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the services, i definitely come back when i visit Palembang.

Enjoyed the stay at grand zuri. All staff were very courteous n well trained. The hotel is very clean n the food was goof. Good location as not too far from airport. Would definitely come back to grand zuri.
