The hotel located at a nice location in Tretes, have a great view to the mountain and have a lot of rooms or villas, make it suitable for a company meeting or family gathering. The staffs are friendly too. What a pity is the room condition. Look so old and not maintained well.

Is really lousy hotel no more stayed.
Bad bad servicing almost quarrel with reception.

This hotel location in mountain is terrible old is really need very very heavy renovation. The toilet was old and unclean no water heater being serve during shower time. Heater was a problem unable to enjoy hot water during shower time. Sleeping bed metres was old and damage. Can't be resting well. Make an complain with reception useless, given reason to us hotel was full due to holidays season, am staying room 41 but by next 40 and 42 was empty till a day was check out. Staffs unpolite is really terrible. No more second time stay in this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Due to mountain view only can be enjoy and relax in this hill.

高地に位置していて、クーラーが無くても涼しく、夜は布団をきてぐっすり睡眠可

スラバヤより1時間くらいは離れていますが、都会の喧騒とはかけ離れていて、景色も最高。
ちょっと怪しいが、日本語を話せる従業員も居て、情報収集は至って簡単。

Pertama kecewa, karena kamar yang sudah dipesan ternyata cuma ada 1 malam saja, sedangkan malam ke 2 akan dipindah ke Deluxe.
Setelah argumentasi cukup lama, akhirnya bisa mendapatkan kamar sesuai yang dipesan
