Comfy bed, very nice staff ,near shopping market, swimming pool. No working internet in the room, frequent power cuts, even if just for a while Good choice if you arrived late in Pekanbaru and need a room to stay. Breakfast OK, nothing special, dinner buffet not worth half of the price. Swimming pool and good massage option. Very nice and polite reception desk staff, especially young lady named Meri, she was even employee of the month.Not much to do otherwise so if you want some sightseeing spots, choose another hotel.

Good clean rooms - efficient services. Mid way between the airport and downtown, nowhere to go for a walk - and staff seemed hazy about the city - we had to do our own discovering which neede taxis. The food was satisfactory, and the pool area attractive. Little information was available about the city - we would have appreciated some help in this area as we were new to Riau Province.Rooms adequate and reasonable. Very convenient if you are just flying in and out of Pekanbaru - a shopping centre was 100 metres away but no pavement to walk on !
Restaurant Tip : Other than the hotel there did not seem to be any other restaurants near, except fast food outlets in the shopping mall.

Very near airport & a near shopping complex there. No money changes around this area. If possible, agoda could provide breakfast included into the package.
The hotel room big & clean.
About the Free wireless, you only able to get connected on the lobby.

Friendly, polite and accomodating staff. Safe and clean environment. I had a good rest at Ibis. Taxis easy to get A safe in the room would be good. Hotel Ibis in Pekan Baru is new and clean. The rooms are sufficiently large and well furnished.The staff are very hospitable, very polite. They attend to your every need as quickly as possible. There are sufficient security staff, even at night. It's really very safe. I highly recommend the Ibis. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is on the outskirt of the city thus you need a taxi to move about min. 50 words
Travel tip : There is a mall about 1km away. Taxi is charging RP60,000 for this short trip.

Best is a cheap prize and relatively good hotel. Shopping mall is near by to hotel. Fittness or gym is worn out, tv is not working there. Relatively nice hotel at Pekanbaru. Hotel is not very good looking from outside, but is ok inside. Personel is friendly and helping you if you need anything.
This is very good hotel to be 3 star hotel, I have seen many 4 star hotels which are not as good. Rooms could be bigger!
Travel tip : There is possibily to play badmitton near to hotell. It is just 500 m from hotel. No aircondition, but ok for playing.
