Excellent accommodation if you would like to get away from jakarta for a couple of days while on business or travelling as a stopover. Close to national park and the famous Cibodas Botanic Gardens.

This is my wife and my first stay in Novus. I selected deluxe room with balcony. The room is big and the view is good, but unfortunately my visit was concurrently with a family gathering held by a company. The ambience became quite noisy with group of people singing and children running around. I did not predict this, but upon arrival the staff warned us that if something disturb please let them know. After a fall of sleep, I call the receptionist and reported the disturbance. The great was, the staff offered us to move to JUNIOR SUITE without additional charge. What a Great!!! Our new room is bigger and quieter. The view is the valley and the private pool (Private pool is only for Pool Suite).
I recommended this hotel for family and couples who want to get away from daily activities. You can recharge your energy with full and fresh air of puncak. There's a rabbit garden where you and your children can feed and play. By 5 km from the hotel you can find National Park of Cibodas. It contain mountain view and natural habitation of trees and some wild animal such as squirrel. You can find the flow of fresh water in its valley. It was my nice experience for 1 night stay at Novus.

Awesome stays for me and family.
We love everything about our pool suite, especially the warm watered swimming pool, the valley view and the friendly staffs.

We enjoyed our stays in Novus Puncak very much. My children loved the swimming pool at our pool suite. Best place to be away from the crazy city life. The surroundings were quite and peaceful with beautiful natural landscape. We only think the price for breakfast buffet was a bit expensive for a very average spread. May be they should include the breakfast in the room's price. And be prepared for a massive traffic congestion during weekend. We took 2 hours to reach the Safari on the 2nd day which according to the driver, it should only takes 30 to 45minutes. Overall, we enjoyed vacation in Puncak.
