its a new hotel and very clean
great breakfast, clean room and friendly staff

i stayed @hotel for one night only with my family and i made reservation by agoda only several hours before check-in n without print my email cause i used my tab, when i said i cant show them my email resevation print n only show them my booking code..the staff very helpful, they checked my reservation by phone to agoda and i am only waiting for a few minutes then i got my room instantly, very fast

Very noisy because of the band and the club in the hotel even its at 11 pm! Its sleep time I believe. The bed sheet felt damp and cold. The exhaust fan in the toilet suck in the cigarette smells inside, kind of annoying.

Not really a nice hotel for rest.

Very Disappointing! Considering this hotel is supposed to be a retreat hotel and it is located in a countryside area which people may take a good rest. The hotel is too close to the main road. The nightclub and bar open until 2 AM and it is located exactly 10 meters in front of our rooms. Since the hotel does not have an AC, and it is too hot for us if we closed the window, so we will have to wait until the bar close, then we can go to sleep. The hotel management should really consider of moving the bar to another area or just closed it, beacsue I don't really see that many people go to the bar.

Nice Hotel and Excellent Service

me and my family stayed for 1 night in the hotel. unfortunately the weather was not so nice, it was a bit windy and have been raining since we got there up until the day we left the hotel. but, overall palace hotel is a nice hotel with excellent service starts from the security guy, bellboy, room service, restaurant staff (for breakfast) and concierge. very recommended to stay. it has playground for kids too, good ambiance, clean and neat room, clean bathroom, clean corridor along the rooms.
i would recommend the hotel, and will definitely go back there.
Shopping Tip:
Close to Brasco, well known Factory Outlet in Puncak Area.

i like the breakfast menu
so far is good lah but compare with the price i think still need improvement
especially for hot water is taking too long > 10 minutes to wait for hot water
