My stay was really comfortable due to clean and large room with the fast internet service as well as helpful staff in providing service during check-in and check out. However, I think it would be best if guest is provided with welcome drink during entrance or at front desk instead of exchanging voucher at the lounge. Other than that, my experience was splendid. One more thing, I also think it would be best if once the guest check-out, the "open credit card guarantee" is released. I could not made any transaction this whole week with my credit card due to this matter. It's really inconvenient to be declined at stores during payment. Really-really inconvenient.

It is located in the middle of Semarang city which has nice and clean lobby. The rooms are big and the facilities are nice but the pool is too small. It could be my best hotel in Semarang.

the best things are huge parking lot, large bedroom and also complete bathroom (bathtub and shower, you can choose which one you like)

It was a great time during my stay in Gumaya Tower.... especially when I saw the bathroom. My daughter has a difficulty when she must take a bath using shower, but Gumaya provide bathtub and also shower. So, she take a bath in the bathtub.... thanks for provide these 2 options, Gumaya....
