Rose Y. Couples Malaysia, May 13, 2013	very convenient! clean, tidy and confortable 8.3 I feel very relax and peaceful. The staff really helpful when i request for the shuttle to airport. Unfortunately the shuttle only start servicing at 7 am. So they help to find the taxi for us but we need to pay by our self. During entering the room, there's no soap & drinking water prepared for us. We need to call and request it. The bad thing happen when we go to the restaurant for breakfast, we don't take the package include breakfast so i ask for the breakfast as stated in the menu booklet in our room. The staff said that menu is only for room services and not applicable for dine in. So we go back to our room and make a call to order for room services.The person that pick up the phone said that they will call back latter to take the order. Unfortunately nobody call us back until we decide to check out and we only having our breakfast at Semarang airport.
