Nice hotel but need carpet replacement.

Generally it is a nice hotel, however we had to wait long time when we checked out as the front office staff was very busy with checked in guests.
Carpet room seems be old enough and should be replaced with the new one. Could be bad for asthmatic guests.

Overall ok for the price we paid. Decent room and bathroom. Slightly old. The pool and breakfast were fantastic. Very centrally located - near to solo square shopping mall.

The hotel services is very good. Fast check in and check out and welcome drink and snack serviced during check in. Airport transfer from hotel to airport available at early morning because my flights at 05:55am. Overall the hotel services is very good, convenience, hospitality and value of money. I recommend this hotel for family and business.
