Picturesque resort with a spectacular garden, mountain and sea views

Rooms are mouldy, rustic and looked unclean...especially the floors

If you are one of those who is stressed and prefer a quiet and scenic resort...Santika is the place. Situated about 20KM from the main town of Manado, Sulewesi, the Santika Resort is actually meant for diver and snokelers enthusiasts. The corals surrounding the resort is wonderful and during low tides one can actually see fishes just beneath the clear blue waters. There is also a wonderful spa, if one is tired from the numerous adventures around Manado. Quality of food at the resort is not necessarily first class but edible and pretty much satisfiable. Trips to town can be arranged with the resort staff with no extra charge but if you want to go somewhere then some cash arrangements can be made. Overall the resort is a wonderful place.
