The staff were helpful, professional and spoke good english.

The location was not so strategic and rather far from tourist spots like Ampeera Bridge, Museum and fortress, and Pasar 16 Illir

The wood finishings in the rooms and common areas gave some grandness to the interior decor. Breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful, professional and spoke good english. However, the hotel's location was not so strategic and rather far from tourist spots like Ampeera Bridge, Museum and fortress, and Pasar 16 Illir. The nearest shopping mall is Palembang Square which is quite laid back mall.
