-Room were large,clean and comfortable
-Staff were friendly and helpful
-food was best in the city, mainly locals even say if the best
-good fitness center and nice pool -English was sometimes hard
- Stayed here for 9 days. The hotel was great, staff was really friendly and willing to help. Room were nice and large and very clean. Everyone greets you with a smile and always there to help.
Food was good, not great but good. A large menu with traditional menu as well as Western (with a Asian Twist)
Will stay here again and again.

The staff were helpful, professional and spoke good english. The location was not so strategic and rather far from tourist spots like Ampeera Bridge, Museum and fortress, and Pasar 16 Illir The wood finishings in the rooms and common areas gave some grandness to the interior decor. Breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful, professional and spoke good english. However, the hotel's location was not so strategic and rather far from tourist spots like Ampeera Bridge, Museum and fortress, and Pasar 16 Illir. The nearest shopping mall is Palembang Square which is quite laid back mall.
