nice location, attach with Mall, near to airport, good rooms, good listening staff,good quality food & break fast, Money worth As i understand hotel still not started full fledged,in port folio mentioned you can enjoy on live music on 27th floor, but still not open, i suggest just put 1 note as - "soon will open" etc, rest you will do best, kind regards Raj Matte-Jakarta It was nice & pleasant surprise to stay in Swiss-Bel hotel, being adjoin to mall we no feel bore when we finish our site seeing etc, i like the morning break fast it was really appreciated & the staff was really cooperative and rooms was quite big and exclusively Eco friendly furnished, worth what you spend,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : as we wanted to visit temples & church so it was near for us

It is new and centrally located. Cambridge mall is attached to the hotel an added convenience. Room service food was terrible. I had a very upset stomach. Hope they improve on his. It is new and safe with key enabled elevator system and to your own floor only. Cambridge mall attached to the hotel is a plus. So you have the supermarket, pharmacy, cafe and eating outlets. The room is modern and well equipped. Long bath etc. The staff are friendly. I would stay there again if I go to Medan. It can be pricy and be careful of the food served especially those for room service and cafe house. But I think the morning buffer is ok.

Very, very clean from top to bottom.

The staff! (had to say it again) Early closing time for the pool. Staying open later is not only convenient (and relaxing) for late arriving guests,it also offers a chance to sell poolside drinks and snacks as long as the bar is open. Everybody wins! Ultra clean and ultra modern, this stylish hotel offered a much needed rest stop on our journey to Lake Toba. We were able to book a van through the hotel (at a very reasonable price) to take us there the next morning.
The hotel is connected to a mall, which is accessible through the back of the lobby. We arrived at night, so this was a super convenient way to stock up on necessities for the long drive ahead of us without having to navigate the unfamiliar streets at night.
There was a flat panel LCD TV, stocked mini bar and free wired internet in the room.
The restaurant was not yet finished, but we found good eats, fancy drinks and friendly faces in the lobby bar. Along with one for one drink specials, the wait staff kept bringing us complimentary samples of food and drinks made from locally sourced fruits and veggies, which were divine.
The highlight of of our stay was the super staff. Everybody was friendly and talkative, and no request went unanswered. I can't say enough about how helpful and attentive they all were (and I do mean all).
One of the doormen mentioned to me that the management is very supportive of the staff in honing their service skills, which makes perfect sense. We honestly felt more spoiled here than in hotels twice the price, and would return in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask the staff for tips about anything having to do with traveling in the region. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does.
