they need 100% improvement
we went to Inna hotel with lots of hopes and we fail, first of all we no get rooms till 4pm as i understand check out time is 12noon, the rooms doors are not having proper lock, bathroom doors are not maintain & no have handle to close, towels are smelling, bed covers are dirty and smelly, the hot water is available for limited period, while breakfast hall we need to wait till keep reminding to bring food as supply was less according to peoples, by the way i don't think will go again to Inna, but if they improve they might come up with better profit of hotels and more peoples will visit, it is all up to INNA
