Clean room and Good service

This hotel seems very new. Room is clean and well decorated. And hotel staff service is friendly and professional.
And location is also convenient. Next to hotel, there is small shop like 7eleven. And with 5 minitues walk, there is nice tasted Indonesia restaurant. I love there.
It's apart from center of city a little. But surabaya traffic jam is not so serious and taxi manner is much better than Jakarta. So I think this is not so serious.

Friendly and nice hotel

Glad we choose this hotel, we only stayed for one night and it was quiet reasonable price for peak season especially on new year's eve. Tho we didnt celebrate new year's eve at the lobby hotel where they had this celebration party going on. Easy access to the center of the city, shopping malls and good restaurants.

Great to stay here

Love to stay here . Really nice hotel with great art and comfort room. Room is small but its not a big deal. People here are very friendly. I will stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
Really close to tunjungan plaza and ciputra world. Very easy to find foods.

New hotel with touch of art

The hotel just open on July 2012.
We ordered two rooms side by side and facing to main road.
The sound proof is considerably good to reduce the outside sound. But, internally, you can easily hear people talking while they are on hall way.
The b'fast is minimal but better in choice and taste than similar three-star hotel.
The hotel is close to city center (Tunjungan Plaza). Metered taxi (Bluebird) is available at the parking lot.

Warm and Well designed Hotel

We rented 3 standard rooms for 3 nights. The rooms are small but clean. No fridge and no extra bed for the room (they do not provide those in the hotel. But they have water boiler with free tea and sugar in each room. All designed for speedy checkout!
The hotel displays and sell works arts and artfull souvenirs.
We bought some and they were helpful to wrap it with plastic bubbles and a box for checked in luggage. Unfortunately they were not experienced in packaging art objects for traveling. We found three out of four objects cracked and damaged. It is a shame, they were eager to help, but not well trained to pack art objects for travel. An area for improvement!
But the stays were very nice. We will definetely come back to this hotel! Parking space is limited but the staffs were very helpful to optimize it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Its location is in an upscale albeit old residency neighbourhood.
But it is not too far from center of the cities by taxi and there are close by good restaurant within 5 minutes drive.

Nice budget hotel

since this hotel is still new, everything is still clean, tidy, and shiny. breakfast is also ok for a budget hotel.
the only problems are there was not enough table to put our luggage n bags, and no toilet/room for our driver to rest.

The hotel is new and clean. The room is big enough for a solo traveller, and so is the bathroom. The internet connection is fast in the lobby, common area, and room. The password to the internet is given upon request and it's only for one device. Using the same password into another device will cause the first one to get kick out or the 2nd one cannot log in at all. Actually, internet connection is limited to 2 devices per guest room. To use internet from the 2nd device must use different password.
The room does not have refrigerator, but the hotel provides 2 complimentary bottles of water and coffee and tea. There is a convenience shop just next to the hotel.
The complimentary breakfast is nice and different every day, but it does not offer too many variety. Also, the number of seating in the restaurant is not that many. In a slow day, there is no issue in finding a seat or sharing a table with another guests.

Nice hotel, a lot of artwork in the Lobby, like gallery. Nice Coffee Shop with good food for breakfast and good coffee there. There is a convenience store on the Ground floor.
Restaurant Tip:
There is Bon Ami Cafe across the street with good steak

" A unique and colorful hotel"

This hotel is a new operation, very colorful but unique, simple, and beautiful. The bedroom is small and clean, it's enough if you just want to stay here for relax or just for a while. The concept of colored paintings on one wall in the bedroom is very unique. The bathroom is small and clean, but there is little interference from water splashes from the shower that soaks the dry areas around the wastafel. This makes you have to be careful when walking on that area. The lobby and the restaurant are cozy. But the lobby is dimly lit during the day, maybe it's one of their concepts, too. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but there is no doorman. It's difficult to find a taxi during the day.
