Great botique hotel with great service!
Very clean and cosy. love the art pieces in the lobby and rooms.

i was in surabaya for business n stayed at the artotel for 2 nights. while the room is small, it is nicely designed for comfort and had everything i needed for a short stay. staff service was great too. especially love the decor of the lobby, n the 24h artsy cafe. will certainly recommend for visitors looking for clean, comfortable and rooms that r value for money.

Nice and clean Hotel but limited choice of food
Clean.. one of the cleanest I had ever stayed in an Indonesian hotel!

Artistic hotel with very nice paintings and art works throughout the hotel! Very cosy room but a bit noisy if you're on the lower floors as it is just beside the main road. Selection of food is very limited as it operates with only 1 restaurant. Quality of the food is just average.

i love this hotel. the design is absolutely superb. the rooms are clean and amazing, the staff is absolutely great and helpful and breakfast was absolutely delicious! the only downside is that it takes about 30 minutes for you to reach downtown surabaya from the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel offers in house massage service in which you can request for the masseuse to come up and give you a massage in your room which to me is perfect after a long day of shopping!

Comfortable and nice place to stay

Artotel truly is a nice place to stay. At first i didn't expect much from this place because it doesn't have many facilities like swimming pool or fitness center, but it did cover that in some other point like the bed was king koil quality which made me sleep very well, the internet connection was fast enough for me, the receptionists were nice and very welcome, the breakfast was great and two thumbs up for the food at the cafetaria. It opens 24 hours and the chef really know how to make a great medium rare beef tenderloin steak. One of the best i've ever had. I'll come to surabaya again on may and i'll definitely stay at artotel again. If only they have swimming pool and gym facilities, this hotel would be a greater place to stay.

I was traveling by myself on a business trip to surabaya and decided to try Artotel as it was recommended.
The hotel is new,and has a chic design. Room is clean, with great selection of TV channel.
Parking space is located outdoor and very limited. At certain times it is very difficult to find a space.
Convenience store is located at premise. Good menu selection for breakfast. Staff is very friendly, they actually call you in the morning for breakfast reminder.
