The location was the only positive thing.

They don't change the towels every day, so i had to asked for it. The same for the toiletpaper and waterbottles.

the smell at the loby it like smell from a dirty pipe. not a good smell at al.
the room is small with window. tv with good channels. but they dont change the blanket. is smell and dirty. even the piloow is smell too. discusting. i have to cover it with my towel. they need more effort to make it clean.

this is the best location hotel in the central town, close to shopping area Tunjungan Plaza, SOGO, and also heritage places, that is our special memorable. one thing that we really choose this hotel is even the hotel small, but that's answer what we need.

Complain about TV channel, cos couldn't saw any clear channel, just promise but no action and no appologi, many used cigarte on the floor on public area (near lift on 8th floor). So after 2 night stay i move to other hotel near by.

The Hotel is new and a very good location. Just in front of Plazan Tungjungan. Very convinient location. But very noisy in day time due to some renovation project is carry on inside and outside the hotel. Room is clean.

the place is great. it has clean room, good service, and strategic potition. the place is in front of tunjungan plaza shopping center and beside mcdonald, so if we hungry at night we can buy something in mcd. you can get transportation with easy too.it was a great place to stay.
