All staffs are very helpful & polite. I choosed this hotel because it was close to Santika Hotel where I had my business meeting. It has a swimming pool which looked nice, but unfortunately I can not try it because of a ver tight schedule. The only thing that need to be improved is the hot water pump because hot water in the bathroom come and go whilw taking shower.

I'm absolutely won't come back to this hotel. The room's is not good, i heard running rats on the ceiling, the room has no image of luxury.

The staff are attentive, providing fast response especially for the check-in and check-out process. The room size was comfortably spacious enough although the lighting could be improved. The bathroom and its facilities could also be improved as well, although I have no problem at all in utilizing them.

we were stayed in this hotel (couple with 1 toddler) and have a very pleasant service from the staffs. We was run out of milk for our toddler, and ask room service to kindly help us to buy milk that we described. And in 10 minutes later, we had the milk (in normal price) and completed with warm drinking water. Thank you for the good service.
