we were stayed in this hotel (couple with 1 toddler) and have a very pleasant service from the staffs. We was run out of milk for our toddler, and ask room service to kindly help us to buy milk that we described. And in 10 minutes later, we had the milk (in normal price) and completed with warm drinking water. Thank you for the good service.

Cons: - no air conditioner along corridor make the corridor hot and uncomfort while waiting the lift or using stair.
- many mosquitos
- shower room to small for "big" guys
I spent 2 night in 406 (D'Season suite/Family room). the room layout has much difference then 408 (D'Season Suite). 406 has no family sofa.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Just looking for gas station at Jemursari near to PizzaHut resto than you will easily find the hotel. From the gas station you wll see the hotel's neon sign

it's my 1st time in surabaya for my family trip to mount bromo. trying my luck on this hotel cos is was new. location was a bit creepy cos it's was sandwich between patrol station and resident houses but was greeted with a warm and sincere smiling staff. process was fast and was eager to look at the room and boy it's was quite large. can fit a family of six event thou is only 1 queen size bed. went to the lobby and try to test the staff service for enquiry a trip to mount bromo and was surprise they have a transport package to bromo with i found out way cheaper than the airport taxi service and the hotel staff itself will drive you there. got lot of respect for the staff as he have to drive usthere even i told them i want to be there early to se the sunset from mount bromo which we leave at 12 midnight and took us 3 hrs to reach bromo. overall my trip was excellent only at bromo people there playing price to take you to the top of the mountain but it's was well worthy.
the cons is there only 1 hanger in the cupboard and the shower water was to small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a package to mount bromo that leave at midnight so you can see the sunset on top of the mountain and at least bring 2 million rupiah minimum.

I was stay at this hotel, even the room was small but the condition was satisfy with clean and good arrangement. Only when the beside room shower can be heard from my room clearly.
However the staff of this hotel was very kind and friendly, I feel very comfortable along time spend in this hotel.
