Olympic size swimming pool and game room. Good location - parks and shopping centers.
Smoking in lobby and restaurant.
All employees can speak good english. Front desk and bell men very helpful with directions. Front desk girls took one hours to get my cellular phone connected to Indonesia. Restaurant was excellent food and many choses in a buffet style. Make eggs to your liking. Employees are in restaurant excellent. Security was very good and observing.

Elmi Hotel gives a homey environment, and a Javanese touch in their personnels.
Need to refurbish the swimming pool.
Hotel Elmi location is on the central of Surabaya, so it easier to reach everywhere during the visit. Even though it is not a new hotel, but it still gives us value of money, because the Javanese hospitality and their environment with a lot of trees, give us a refreshing vacation.
