Beautiful bungalow style hotel at Surabaya
Bungalow-style, good service, garden.

I used this hotel twice during my visit to Indonesia and would recommend it as a great value for money - the rooms are a little tired but for the price so what! The food from breakfast to evening meal is good & excellent value for money -if I return to the country I will return to this hotel!
The pool attendant couldn't do enough for me in order to get the pool cleaned so I could swim before leaving!!
Restaurant Tip:
Go to the large Mall about 5 minutes from Equator Hotel - top floor restaurant and have Monster Ribs - they are amazing!!

it's not a 'hotel' it's a cottage for me.
very good place to relax.

a hotel with good scenery and very green. the service is great. although it is quite far to walk to your room, there is always a person there to take you by golf cart.
the room is extremely big for that price. a separated sleeping area and living room. i enjoyed it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walk around the hotel and experience the green and clean air.

Great hotel, in good grounds, facilities are good
the individual house type accommodation gives you a real sense of home instead of hotel

Cheap hotel, central location.
Quiet environment with gardens.

the equator is in a busy part of surabaya, but is set back from the busy streets. the hotel and bungalows are set in a large garden environment.
the deluxe suite i stayed in was very spacious, but the rooms were in need of decoration and renovation. the furnishings were a little tired looking.

Lovely Hotel, feels like the countryside
Lots of trees, bamboo, friendly staff, nice swimming pool

Its a really nice Hotel andf I would stay there again, it feels like being in the countryside, but its so close to the centre of Surabaya you can walk. Friendly and well priced.
Nightlife Tip:
Shangri La for excellent Live band, after about 22:00

No DND or make-up room sign. Laundry staff knocking at door while still in bed, and houskeeping staff wanting to make-up room while still sleeping or taking bath. 1 table light out of order since the 1st night, but not fix. Musty smell inside wardrobe.
Booking locally is cheaper than doing it online
