Not what i expected

The check-in was fast, the staff is friendly. The hotel is a bit old, room was cleaned but they left an old dirty anti-slip mat in the shower full with mold, pretty nasty. The matress was saggy. You can hear people on the hallway during the night. Checkout was ok, no problems. Overall a reasonable hotel for the price you pay for it.

I only stayed at this hotel because it is closer from my friends home and easy to pick me up. great many restaurants nearby. hotel rooms were good for the price and the bathroom was fairly clean as well.

spacious room but less of cleanliness

the one reason that i choose this hotel because they have good location in this city, especially in east surabaya. but one handicap i found is the cleanliness of the room especially the bed, seems dirty. so i complain the room service in the midnight to change our bed cover. it feels uncomfortable to us.
Shopping Tip:
it is very near to the one of old-famous supermarket in town called bonnet supermarket

Little bit overpriced hotel

The size of the room is acceptable.
The sink was jammed, the toilet was not properly clean and the towel smelled bad!!!
