Its the 2nd me n my wife stayed here, and the same like the 1st time we stayed, every mid nite the phone in our room rang, my wife pick it up, and someone there is asking wheter we borrow handphone charger or not? So silly, in the middle of the nite, while we already fell asleep?
So we decided that wud be the last time we stayed there

clean room, surrounding by many good restaurant, near to city centre, but very annoying spa offer, at 23:30 pm as we almost fall asleep, my room phone rang and spa staff offering for massage that is located at 8th floor, and the therapys can be deliver to our room, sound like "dirty" spa for me n my wife..

near to great reastaurant like Layar, and Sambal Ibu Rudy

Good room and still new, but breakfast was poor

for price , i expect to get more from hotel, breakfast was very poor and look not healthy, i saw the bread already expired and smell. the waiters also not professional ,they do not care about you. the only good is the room still new and clean, room not so bad.

Great location and clean and new hotel

The hotel is new and clean. We like the interior design
of the hotel as it look modern. The price is reasonable. The only problem we faced is mosquitoes at the coffee house. We like the brightness in the hotel

1. room clean but still have dust below bed.
2. price and feature is not to match, 3 start shuld be minimum have small swimming pool

i only stayed one night in this new hotel, its located near galaxy mall in surabaya, for the room because its quite new so you can still smell the paint from the wall, this hotel have quite big rooms with 47" lcd but the tv reception is bad. i experienced 2 blackouts in this hotel.

数日前にも泊まり、1泊2日でブロモ山観光に出かけました。その間荷物を預けて、翌日に戻ってきました。ただ、荷物がそのままロビーにあったのには少し驚きました。少しセキュリティーが甘いのではないかと思います。部屋のセイフティーボックスも、実は数日前までの部屋のは電池が入っておらず動きませんでしたし、なんかちょっとした配慮が足りない気もします。
全体的に悪くはないのですが、2回目の滞在でちょっと評価が下がりました。
