it is the same as my previous review comfy n clean
Freindly Staff, comfortable bed and closed to eating areas, fast foods.

it was for business meeting and exhibition. It always as expected they are warmed and professional. the room is clean but small enough for me. One thing that i would like to be added is refrigerator. Surabaya weather is really hot and humid. I need to have cold drink when i came back to my room.

i could not sleep because i could hear people talking from the coridor or from the other room next door, first room had no window so i asked for a better room with window even if i had to pay a little bit more for it. but could not get a room with a double bed as twin bed is very small so i was few times falling from the bad. but its ok because of the room size. i just realized in the morning that i could have joined the two little bad to make a bigger bed

it was ok, but rooms does not have windows. the rooms was clean and shopping center nearby.
overall, like the comments said, if you're alone, this is an OK room but nothing of a luxurious type.

Noisy, from AC machines for 1 floor next my room

If you have money do not take a standard room. There's no window and could hear noise from next door guest and AC machines for one floor which is put next to my room. The wall between the machines and my room was made from thin teak wood (not concrete).

good location, close to shopping

the hotel is centrally located. it takes 10 minutes walk to tunjungan plaza. the room is clean and comfortable. try to avoid standard room as there is no window for that room. however, can easily get the taxi outside the hotel. the price is reasonable but the breakfast is too simple.
