They told us all customers they placed at 3rd floor which we need to climb the stairs case,whether it ture or not we don't know.Anyhow this is the first experience that we faced.We don't recommend to our friends to stay here.

It was so bad luck, no electric at that night, they used the electric generator which is made really noisy, I couldn't fell sleeping all night; except that, I can't say anything to hotel, because the price is very cheap

It was rated at 3 star, but only common toilet, bedsheet is far from clean. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

bilik hotel yang sederhana dan bersih. tetapi lokasi kurang menarik kerana beradi di kawasan perindustrian. ke bandar menaiki taxi lebih kurang 30mnt. dekat dengan lapangan terbang. mudah dapat taxi.

Guest House yang standar saja

Sebenarnya kami menginap di Guest House ini karena untuk memudahkan teman saja untuk menjemput kami, karena kebetulan teman bertempat tinggal di daerah Rungkut, untuk urusan selama di Surabaya.
Kamar ukuran kecil standar, tapi ada kesan sedikit kurang terawat, karena ada plafon yang retak dan ada puntung rokok di bawah ranjang. (Kebetulan saya juga kerja di perhotelan, jadi saya cukup teliti melihat2 kondisi kamar)
kamar mandi cukup oke ada air panas dingin dan amenities.
Ada suara2 bising, orang sedang bekerja bertukang entah dari mana pada saat siang hari, dan suara orang yang mungkin baru cek in pada saat malam hari.
Tidak ada lift, tapi untung ada petugas yang membawakan luggage kami ke kamar di lantai 3.
