the room is spacious and clean with view of the city

My family and I stayed in for a night. The room was spacious with twin beds and a comfortable couch cum sofa bed. Some renovations were in progress but it did not disturb us. Staff were friendly and very polite.

I have a Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Most importantly to me is that they provided free wifi to me due to my booking with agoda. Facilities are good too, there is a gym which is free usage for hotel customer.

A real bargain with good location

for around usd rate, the rooms we booked are actually excellent value for money. they are clean and large enough for two people to stay. the size of twin beds is quite big also. you don’t need to worry about felling down from the bed while dreaming. ^_^ the lobby looks fantastic and the location is close to city center. also, the second largest shopping mall is near by. however, the breakfast still needs some improvement.

The Staff is friendly and near to Shopping Mall

Location of the Hotel is good and just walk around 5min can reached the Shopping Mall.During my styaed the hotel still under renovation and a bit nosie.
The room is clearn but a bit small .My room also blocked by hotel store room and can't see anything.
Restaurant Tip:
Just at the corner of Hotel have local famous ais-cream shop.

a comfortable hotel in downtown

this hotel is suitable for you who want to enjoy surabaya, right in the heart of the city. even if you want to go shopping or enjoy the performing arts, you can simply walk away. for those who like the night life, in front of the hotel there is also a club to simply enjoy music and drinks.
unfortunately, there's no pool at this hotel so i can not spend my time in the morning with a swim
