It is close to the most of the malls but grandcity convetion for expo, but it is an extremly old hotel. Like even they rennovated some parts of the room, the bath room is still awful..the toilet is with lot of scrach, the water pressure is unstable and the worst is you will be waken up around 4 am since they are broadcasting muslim pray.
Plus the wifi is charged, but when i told them i booked from agoda, and they gave me free wifi pass but really low reception

Great locations and with lots of things to do

Our stay was very brief as we arrived late at the hotel around 12pm. We manage to stroll around the shopping mall for a few minutes and had dinner in a small stall. We came back late to the hotel after a long and tiring walkabout in the city. We do hope to revisit the hotel again and have more fun doing so with the rest of my family. A very enjoyable stay and hope to savor the tasty food served in the hotel and the special trips provided. Well done.

I was there 4 days. On the second day, the area outside the room smelled like garbage which then crept into the room. probably a backed up trash chute. When brought to the attention of the manager, I was quickly moved to another room on another floor.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would probably stay here again.

satisfactory as the hotel is right in the city near to shopping centres. also easy to get taxi for sight seeing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
get ready an umbrella for it might rain at this time of year.

I have stayed here before and thought it was average, but now with the upgrade of the rooms and the hotel in full swing it is much better. When it is completed it will be a great place to stay. Room I stayed in was recently upgraded and was very nice. Breakfast is a good variety of foods and if you want a good choice best get in early. Nice area of Surabaya to stay in and close to shopping and business area. Only complaint was the business centre needs to be bigger and upgraded to modern equipment.
Restaurant Tip:
The resturant out the front of the hotel is well worth the money, great food.

i chose this hotel because of its convenient location in the city close to everything that you need. it is also easy to go in and out of the city due to good roads connection. the food is good especially the sup buntut.

The room is clean, but the tv remote is not function properly. Outside the hotel, there's a cafe and a night club. The cafe is good. 24 hours room service and massage until 12am.
Easy to get a taxi, but there's no shuttle car / bus to the airport.
