Great residential resort apartments

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, it was clean, roomy and had everything for apartment living. Very quiet and private with great facilities. Breakfast was good in 'Cinnamon', meals were good and ate in this restaurant. The gym was excellent and the olympic pool and diving pool plus tennis court were a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this resort and would stay here again.

A hotel in the bushes
Quiet and serene environment, big space suitable for family not for lone traveler

The hotel is isolated. Have to take a taxi to go out. No restaurant within walking distance other than hotel's restaurant. Average breakfast. Convenience store available.
Travel tip:
Due to its location, have to call for taxi 15 min in advance to avoid waiting.

The staff are very helpful, the pool amazing with diving pool etc. Unfortunately the mattress on the sun lounges are worn. The breakfasts are ordinary and the coffee stewed. It is not convenient to the centre of town or for shopping but if you need to be near the International School or the golf courses it is vey convenient. The apartments are large but very dated and the couches need reupholstering and the whole place, curtains etc all look as if they need a good wash.
Despite all this I believe it is good value for money and the area was perfect for me.

need to be improved in maintenance, cleaniness, tv model, lighting.
i got problem with tv remote control it did,'t work, room key hardly to use, water sink in bathroom got stuck.
i'm concerning why published rate cheaper than agoda's price..????
Nightlife Tip:
No nightlife in the hotel..restaurant close at 10 am.

The location is quite hard to find. A lot of open spaces makes my kid very happy. The staff are friendly, they cater my family need even at 02:00am.

it seemed difficult to find the residence - signage was very poor.
once arrived, the accomodation was very spacious, but a little out dated and tired.
the accomodation price is very cheap. i would prefer a higher price for a better quality of accomodation.

such a lovely homy house. however, the cleanleaness need to be put in the top priority especially for the sofa & bed.
i got skin rashes due to the old dust on the sofa & the bed sheet had an unpleasant smell.
overall, it was great to stay in grand residen
Shopping Tip:
There's a big shopping mall, Supermall, just about 10 min drive for shopping or dine in.

hotel is old and not well maintained. good value for money but the campus is not well lit at the ends and corners. restaurant cinnamon has very limited choice of b/ f and meals. staff is good with smiles but over all improvement in facilities is needed.
