The staff are very helpful, the pool amazing with diving pool etc. Unfortunately the mattress on the sun lounges are worn. The breakfasts are ordinary and the coffee stewed. It is not convenient to the centre of town or for shopping but if you need to be near the International School or the golf courses it is vey convenient. The apartments are large but very dated and the couches need reupholstering and the whole place, curtains etc all look as if they need a good wash.
Despite all this I believe it is good value for money and the area was perfect for me.

such a lovely homy house. however, the cleanleaness need to be put in the top priority especially for the sofa & bed.
i got skin rashes due to the old dust on the sofa & the bed sheet had an unpleasant smell.
overall, it was great to stay in grand residen
Shopping Tip:
There's a big shopping mall, Supermall, just about 10 min drive for shopping or dine in.

Located outside town away city center, Graha Residen offers a nice change of pace. With apartment-sized rooms, the facilities are quite spacious but the furniture, TV and interior decor is old yet well-maintained. As part of a residential community, guests are given passes to the club house which has an Olympic-sized pool. Also, you can stroll through the neighborhood with tree-lined streets in a tranquil setting where you can forget about the traffic and congestion of Indonesia. The restaurant was also quite good, possibly because of the cooking school in the complex. So, for something a bit different and a more relaxed setting, try the Graha Residen.

The first time I enter the hotel, it really look promising. The complex looks like a bunch of villas. But it all change when I enter the room. The room smells bad. It's very big, it had living room, kitchen, and it was all sepertated. The TV was too small and the sofa seems to be broken.
The next problem for me was the main bedroom. It was very dark and the pillows and mattress needed to be replaced.
For me it's really not worth the money.
