Hotel seems to cater for Asian buiseness men.Not solo travellers/backpacker types. No wifi in room only lobby,which is hot and full of Mosquitos.No fridge in room. No cold drinks avilable in hotel at all! Not near anything of note eg shops or tourist info.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
My Travel tip for Surabya is avoid it. It is not a town for travellors or tourists. No nightlife. No info on getting out and about.Nothing to do. As a westerner you will be stared at,at all times.

breakfast was mediocre, location pretty good, shower had reliable hot water, comfortable bed, nice tv with a lot of channels.
Nightlife Tip:
The pub named 'Colors' is very close by as well as another bar I don't know the name of.

Saya tinggal semalam di hotel ini bersama istri dan 1 anak kecil perempuan untuk berlibur, hotelnya nyaman, bersih, tenang serta jauh dari keramaian walaupun berada di pusat kota, menuju ke pusat perbelanjaan hanya memerlukan waktu 5 menit saja, anak saya suka dengan saluran tv kabelnya membuat tidak beranjak dari tempat tidur menikmati saluran tv kabel yg ada, koneksi internetnya sendiri bagus, ada yang kurang tidak ada keset di luar kamar mandi sehingga agak becek ketika habis dari kamar mandi, pilihan untuk saran juga tidak banyak tapi overall saya suka banget dengan hotel ini

letak hotel berada di barisan perumahan elite surabaya centre, idan di sebelah nya terdapat kedutaan jepang.
guest room termasuk bersih, friendly staff yg selalu membantu, worth the money. cocok untuk yg dtg buat business trip dgn harga terjangkau.

Tinggal 2 hari di hotel ini sangat menenangkan. Suasananya tenang, jauh dari keramaian, tetapi masih dekat dijangkau ke pusat kota dan pusat belanja...
Akses internet yang sangat memuaskan...
Sayangnya variasi makanan untuk sarapan tidak cukup banyak. Bahkan saya melewatkan untuk sarapan di hari ke-2 saya tinggal.
