New building, but not too clean inside. Nearby street around this apartment was very busy because this apartment close to Petra University. Far from city center, but not too far from airport. Recommended for budgeted group traveller or business.

my superior room is bigger than expected , there is a small kitchen area with no microwave /stove provided which is understandable. there is sink and kitchen cabinet with pair of plates, spoon and fork in the drawer .
long table provides enough space to work on or put your things.
wireless internet available inside the room which is good but i can not log in ,not sure why no login page.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Next to the hotel is Petra Christian University , so very convenient for those who wants to visit the Univ. and quick trip back to airport direct via motorway. Also good for businessman needs to access Rungkutindustrial area. This location is relatively far from city i.e 20-30mins if no traffic jam ,

nice! we were shocked to see such a big spacious room for the price we paid. good value for money. there was no restaurant, and the eatery stalls weren't great, little selection and most of them closed when we went to eat. the room was very large with a kitchenette and big bed. excellent wifi. the pool looked inviting.
Restaurant Tip:
plan to eat out as there is no restaurant in the complex, just a few places in the food court which were pretty basic.

Near Petra University and Rungkut Industrial Estate. Wifi in room is great.

Room is big but not clean. You even can find dirt on your new/fresh towel and room.
You have to find your own laundry. There is one laundry store near the front desk.
The promised continental breakfast actually is a slice of bread with tea or coffee.
When you travel with group you can consider, since the apartment has 2 separate room and 1 sofa.

Very handy hotel, close to the airport

Stayed here after missing a flight out of Surabaya. It was a great little hotel. We had a fully self contained apartment with two rooms and fully air-conditioned. We were smack bang in the middle of a busy little suburb which was great to walk through at night and find something to eat. There are two swimming pools for the kids. Great hotel for a sleep between flights.
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of great little stalls on the street to eat. Or ask for direction to 'The Square' and pick up some Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese or Western food at a great price.

I would stay there again because it was great value for money. The rooms were very spacious and there was both an indoor and outdoor pool. Access was difficult to and from the airport and I would suggest maps for the clients in the future. There is a Starbucks and small mall close by that is good.
