到着後、このサイトの情報とはかけ離れた狭い部屋に案内。
先方いわく、部屋の種類は間違っていないとのこと。
当方の苦情、このサイトにこの部屋の写真が載っていたら予約はしなかったし、全てが2ランクぐらい上の情報を掲載しているから、そちらが間違ってるんじゃないの、を受けて、
先方いわく、agodaに確認したほうがいいとのこと。
だから、agodaはそういうこともやるのかもしれないけど、ここに出てる情報はあなたのホテルが出しているんだから、あなたが対応したほうが早いでしょ。
などなどのやり取りの後、情報どおりの部屋に宿泊できました。
ホテル自体は悪くありませんが、気を付けたほうがよいと思います。

Hotel Andita adalah hotel pertama saya mempergunakan jasa "Agoda", terjadi kekeliruan dalam memlih kamar hotel karena kamar yang saya pilih berada di.lantai 3 sehingga saya ingin menukarnya dengan yang di.lantai 1, disepakati saya harus menambah biaya meskipun jenis kamarnya sama namun ketika saya berbicara dengan pimpinan marketing hotel tersebut dan menyebutkan bahwa saya membeli voucer melalui "Agoda" ternyata nama besar "Agoda" memperbolehkan saya pindah kamar tanpa dikenakan biaya apapun. Terima kasih "Agoda" dan Terima kasih "Hotel Andita"
