there are no parking lot. so if you bring your own car you should make it sure has an alarm system. just in case.
this hotel ussualy used by goverment or company that held annual meeting or training. on second floor if im not wrong. so you should pick your room from 5th floor til 8th floor.

Quiet environment and easy to move around be it for shopping or sightseeing. The staff are always willing and ready to assist whatever problem you might have encountered. Overall a fine experience during my stay here.

overall i got what i need and as a business traveller i dont spend long hour in my room. the are is good since it's close to the city center. Moving arround will be easy with taxi or your own private car.

Old and not value for money

From the breakfast, the room, the service, the lift, the amenities, the staffs attitude, are so last year. many government meeting during my stay. Yes, it's kinda suit for government hotel.
This hotel urgently need a renovation. there are a lot of modern hotel with better price around.
Can be better!!!!

Strategic location but bathroom not satisfied

actually, this is the first time for me to stay overnight at cendana hotel in surabaya. this hotel location is very strategic place at the central city of surabaya and at that time my feeling this hotel must be a good hotel to stay. room is very clean and good linen. my expectation in the room, coffee/tea maker is available too but unfortunately this facility do not included. i check in to hotel late around mid night and i must get up early morning because i will continue my business travel to one of district region in east java province. last night i did not taken a bath but this morning it a must. whilst i need hurry to take a shower on the other hand the shower it doest not working very well. my suggestion the technical department must repairing this shower as well. thank you bye.
