This staff is very friendly, great and clean room but unfortunately the bathroom is dirty. Wifi signal is not stable
The breakfast is good although there is not much choice for the food. This hotel nearby Tunjungan Plaza and you can find McDonald too in front of Tunjungan Plaza

U can go to Tunjungan Plaza for shopping and Mc Donald in front of Tunjungan Plaza

good sized room and good customer service

room clean and good sized - able to fit 1 single and 2 twins comfortably. though tv is not flat screen, enough channels to keep the kid entertained.
breakfast : mostly indonesian dishes - with fruits and salads as well. surprisingly tasty.
would stay again - good value room and great location.

Dekat pertokoan (tunjungan plaza cs), dekat pusat jajan

Menginap untuk 2 hari karena acara di dekat pusat kota. Kamar biasa saja, lantai karpet tidak bersih. Sarapan biasa saja cenderung kurang untuk rate yang ditawarkan (meski via agoda). Taksi tersedia dekat hotel, tapi banyak yang non-argo meski sudah ada argo. Lalu lintas yang satu arah di jalan Basuki Rahmat menyebabkan sirkulasi jadi memutar dan kadang macet depan Tunjungan Plaza. Secara umum biasa saja.
