near with suka rasa brownies and kek lapis..cheap and yet delicious.
but wifi signal very slow and limited. sometime the hotel close the line and you have to ask them.
Shopping Tip:
surrounded by shops selling ole-ole Surabaya such as kek lapis, snacks etc. Early in the morning there is open wet market in front the hotel. During night, there are some stalls selling shirts at the beginning of the road. I bought surabaya keychains at the shop in front of the hotel. I can't find elsewhere.

I know this hotel from my college, that ever stayed in Paprica Satu.
I impressed that this location close to the tradisional market, electronic center and Tunjungan Plaza, just walking distance.
It is also close to the "warung sate", beef sate roasted with coconut and special ingridient, very nice
It is a budget hotel with Wifi at the lobby and dinning room.
Good breakfast, especially Javaness food.

Just opposite the hotel.Taxi service and Rickshaws are easily available near the hotel.Seafood crackers of all varieties are being sold in the vicinity.It self was surrounding with the traditional market called "Pasar Genteng"here are many thing that you can shop, like food, traditional fishes, fruits, vegetables. Another goods is like electronic tools, electronic components, communications app, etc.
Room 316 :-With simple menu breakfast (fried rice tea or coffee,wifi good at lobby.3rd floor no wifi signal ,Compliment bottle of mineral water.Small size bathroom Towel just good fits for children.Room probably never maintenance ..Toilet seat missing.Loud noisy extractor fan screeching metal sound in bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ask the taxi driver to know the attraction places in Surabaya infront of the hotel.Make sure you bargin the fare first,before take a ride.There are plenty of interesting places to visit.
