The hotel was modern, spacious and nicely furnished, the restaurant had a vast selection of food to cater for all tastes, the Hotel was remote for many tourists, but i chose the hotel due to visiting a local business so this was not a problem for me.

A good hotel with all you need

This is the first time I came to Surabaya and I do not expect to get a accommodated in such a good hotel, the room is spacious and equipped with a all necessary accessories. The breakfast is exceptionally amazing, didn't expect a variety of delicious local delicacies and food. The location of the hotel is very close to downtown and nearby malls and the staff of the hotel, including those in the restaurant are extremely helpful and courteous.

the hotel room is very clean and almost equipped with all you need, except a "fridge".
staff of the hotel is very helpful and polite when i asked for addition electric adapters. beddings are very clean and the hotel provides exceptionally good breakfast. i could even bring my friend to the breakfast with a ver low charge. a good hotel worth staying.
