nice hotel with good value for money

I spent 3 nights in the hotel with my family which included 2 toddlers. The check in process was very quick. The room was also nice and clean with comfy bed. Breakfast offered wide range of food from egg , bread, indonesian rice n soup, dessert and cereal.
Overall it was a nice experience and great value for money. Definitely will stay here for my next trip to Surabaya.

This is my second stay at Santika Pandegiling. It retains all previous goodness such as nice room, good price, warm service, and also the so-so bathroom. For bathroom, I would say the appearance is very standard and functional, the warm water can only go warm and not hot. As a complementary you will also get daily Kompas Newspaper.
As for what I'm a bit disappointed is the breakfast at their kemangi resto, which I found quite exceptional during my first visit in July, was only so-so. Not a dealbreaker but simply lose factor which previously attracts me to this hotel.

Nice hotel and in town of Surabaya

we book two rooms, i and my husband and the other room for my daughter and husband and one year son.the hotel upgrade our rooms. the buffet breakfast very nice and so many choice. at night near the hot got night market. however we are unable to go due to heavy rain at night. we are only stayed one night. if come again to surabaya i will stay to this hotel.
