i was to stay in hotel tanjung indah but was transfered to hotel tanjung withoutvmy knowledge. two complains about the room.the toilet smelly and no much water in the toilet and plenty of mosquitoes.

great location and reasonable price

the hotel is in great location, right in the heart of Surabaya city. However it is actually an old hotel with poor facilities. at my room, the AC didnt work well, there is no hot water at the shower. The bedcover and towels looked dirty.
The only benefit is great location with very reasonable price. You got what you paid...

located at back lane, Flash Flooded when heavy rain, Hotel condition very bad, old and broken furniture, noisy aircon and not cool, broken bath room door ,wild creeper on toilet top hung window,no shower rose and low water pressure, stain on bath tub and floor, stain on bath towel and pillow, breakfast fried rice only every morning.

Quiet, pleasant hotel with a central location
Very helpful and polite staff. Large room and bathroom. Reasonably clean.

i arrived very late but the staff very efficient. the room was reasonable value. unfortunately the air-conditioner dripped and the bathroom could have been cleaner. there was no hot water and no toilet paper but this is as expected for this kind of indonesian hotel. the sheets were clean but old. the breakfast was standard indonesian fare. overall the staff were very helpful and i had a pleasant stay here.

BAD condition hotel ~ with air-con not cold temp ... and all things inside the hotel look OLD ... service bad with untidy room... gosh , I booked 3days but just stay first day 1night i just walked out with un-refundable NO cash back ...

The hotel is in good location (near to center point) but nothing else admirable for this hotel.
The service is friendly but the room was unclean and old (bed sheet turn from white to yellow) The problem we found is shower is not working and they have no other room for us, so after fix it still not working... so we got to use a buckets to take bath....hrrr
The hotel is very old (I mean real OLD) the hotel offer the same rate in agoda!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
In Surabaya have many old mosques... We visit ABEL Mosjid and AKBA Mosjid... very nice places
